We make easy for you. Here's how it works:
1. CONTACT US
Please send us an e-mail describing your needs. We'll discuss your business or oranization's ideas, goals, plans and more importantly your budget. We work with any size budget.
2. CONTRACT
We'll send you a contract detailing what we've discussed and agreed. Our contracts range from one-off requests to full service commitments. At no time will you be obligated to anything that is not in the contract. You basically write your own contract and we do the work.
3. DESIGN
We begin the design of your project. This is based on our previous discussions and what is detailed in your contract. During this time you are more than welcome to share ideas, content and preferences.
4. DEVELOPMENT
After we agree on a design, we will begin development on your graphic and/or website. During the development stage we show you the various stages so you can track the progression. You can make changes at any time.
5. TEST AND TUNE
Once your project is developed, we test and fine-tune. We make sure your graphic is avaialble in your requested formats and we make sure your site is error-free and ready to be indexed.
6. LAUNCH
Once the contract is fulfilled to your liking, we deliver your project. If you are the proud new onwer of a website, we'll make sure your site is optimized with keywords, proper code and accurate descripitons before submitting it to major search enignes like Yahoo! and Google.
7. SUPPORT AND ENHANCEMENTS
We don't leave you hanging once you launch. We monitor your site to make sure you are being indexed correctly and that your site is always live. VIP Creative also provides services to help advertise and promote your business. |
